It's true. The company's commercial new hire program (Katalyst) is the biggest it's ever been with 14 college grads in 2019 (vs. 4-6 in recent years). This is to fill the slots left by the mass exodus of experienced employees in the past year. The funny thing is that Katalyst graduates tend to leave after 1-2 years, since they are extremely underpaid compared to their responsibilities and other companies are happy to snatch them up. Overall, this is a very short-sighted approach. Warren Buffet might have gotten wind of what's going on behind the scenes here and sold off the stock. Smart man.

When you make millions you're pretty callous and uncaring and arrogant (almost laughingly ) when asked questions about layoffs. Oh well we are just the little people with our little lives and our no so little bills to pay. ...keep the shareholders first at all costs. Thanks Greg ! Hope they don't tell you to go home like you did the 57 year olds...
