Who will be held accountable

Who will be held accountable for realigning lines of product to one team and then realigning it to another, causing loss of money and labor?

They're idiots. That's all you need to know. As RP Omar once put it, we practice "self-accountability" in South Region. That's their way of saying "we can do anything we want. We can screw things up beyond all recognition then circle the wagons and pass blame down."

TL's are the scapegoats. They are at the mercy of regional decision making, regardless of the store needs. Let's have a One Day Sale! Short-ship the teams, then penalize you for falling short of projections!

No one who should be held responsible. They will find a scapegoat. It's the way it's always worked. #wholefoodsmarket

Is this a rhetorical question? Because obviously, the Team Leaders are always responsible regardless of the Regional Coordinators decisions.
