Go hide out with the landscape gardener or trunk lunch guys. They will never find you.
Well, if you are on the list - you can extend your WFH status indefinitely and without pay once severance runs out.
You will be contacted to come in. If you don’t comply you will be let go w/out the package for abandoning the job. Keep an eye on your calendar.

Some idiot tried that once to me during a RIF. We called him on the phone and terminated him that way. It’s just an irritation at the time and a funny story to tell over beers.

The company is protected since it's a national security asset, labor laws no longer apply.
By California labor law, they have to notify you at least 60 days before your last day on payroll. They will do it in person, by phone or by email if you don’t pick up.

U mean that if the person is not there they just skip and move onto the next in the list ?
Everybody nows that if it not there, they just move on down the list.
What kind of chances ? If we WFH , can we exempt from being laid off?
