RE: @EKonjO1-lui poster - the CSR layoff was ~900 CSR employees were terminated prior to the QC integration - FACT! Confirmed though - there will be another massive layoff in March 2016. Confirmed.

You don't need to be a rocket scientist to anticipate more massive layoffs, considering Q is losing market share.
The last one in September was a trial run. It came a bit too fast for people to adjust, reducing staff while still expecting same deadlines. After many complaints, many were retained through transfers and call backs. It just did not work out. This next one, everyone is better prepared, where cutting people means cancelling projects. We don’t need multiple groups doing the same thing or working on dead projects. This next cut will be bigger than last one.
