It's not even being handled as layoffs. I had an unexpected 9am "meeting" this morning, which was prerecorded, letting me know that my position is being eliminated effective today. After 5 years of my loyalty... such cowards.

It is the absolute shittiest approach ever. McKesson is just a corporate glob that could two fu--s about either the people working for them or the customers they support. To have layoffs trickle in throughout the day and weeks, to keep your workforce in suspense and anxiety is just disgusting. They bought CMM and are just sh-----g out a tu-d after consuming them.

Confirming. The layoffs are coming from their patient services sector, CoverMyMeds. They are closing their Scottsdale AZ office and moving headquarters to Columbus Ohio. Their other patient service center in Kentucky will remain open.
