I will not miss asking member/customer to apply for a Sears Credit Card.
I will not miss asking for SYWR
I will not miss Care Plans, I do like the money, but some of the jewelry is bad. GOS
I will not miss bad Managers.
I will not miss not getting a raise in the last 8 years.
I will not miss NO 401(k), matching plan.
I will not miss asking for your email account
I will not miss a lead calling for my register number every hour.
I will not miss working on Thanksgiving.
To all the Sears and Kmart Associates that are being affected by the store closing, I hope for the best to each and everyone. Thank you to everyone for all the knowledge on our severance, how much we will receive on our severance pay, the vacation hour pay out. Keep give us the answers to our questions.
