Thread regarding Verizon Wireless layoffs

Whatever happened with quota adjustment for November ?

Unless I missed something there was confirmation that November quotas had been adjusted. Was it another one of those situations where it didn’t make a difference again ? So instead of being 80% to quota we ended up at 85%. Gee thanks Verizon.

I like how someone comes on saying adjust your attitude and proceeds to prove that they are lying by saying they got a 1.4 on their sales bucket and a 1.2 on their phone adds. It’s one multiplier together for sales bucket and phone growth. Proud of you for trying there Karen. Learn the system before trolling

Nah bro big red needs to adjust their attitude first before any of us give any effort again. They get what they deserve.

Work harder.... we made a 1.2 sales dollars plus 1.4 new lines..... plus 1.15 upgrades and missed RIS multiplier of 1.25 for only the 3rd time this year. Adjust your effort and attitude.

What they should do during this supply crisis is give us a low actually attainable quota to motivate us all month. Instead they base it off of last year and make it impossible to hit. We aren't motivated all month long because we know we can't hit it. But thanks Verizon for adjusting our quota after the fact making 0 difference. Who makes these decisions?!?!??!
