Curious to know how is the morale and the work load after they let go of team members? I am still waiting to hear about the next steps. No one seems to have a plan on what needs to be done.

Upset at all the extra work they now have to do and don't know how to do.
As with all RIFs, most of those that remain are relieved, some feel the axe is still hanging over their necks for the next RIF, others are disappointed they weren't laid off.

February is when the curtain will be lifted from the stage. They’re saying SMs will be down to one per store and GMs will run just one store. Reps will continue to get harassed by them until then for not swinging: VZ Home, Credit Card, View Together & Set Up & Go. Plus they might be going for individual commission (highly doubtful on that), but it they do we all know what happens which equals lesser money based on the past. Recession is on the charts & Verizon is digging its own grave at the moment. Bottom line hiring 18-21 year olds may cut some of the cost but would bring in zero productivity & growth. Peace ✌️
