Thread regarding Baker Hughes layoffs

Would there be many interested parties to buy chemicals?

Difficult to see a long term viable future for chemicals inside BH. It is carrying the burden of aging manufacturing plants and a customer base which is diversifying away from oil production and refining. There would always be a buyer if the price was right but most likely there would not be many interested parties.

OP @1eit+1bjCfhtd. I'm not so much interested in speculating whether chemicals will get sold, but I'm interested in how many interested buyers there would be? What do you think?

That organization has been dying a slow death over the past 12 years. The cronyism ki---d Chemicals.

HR bias and downright ignorance of the leaders ruined that PL.

If you’re in Sugar Land and neck deep is Sh--e and doing 3 other peoples job just remember that things will NEVER get better - only worse.

I wouldn't take on those re--rds if it was 100% compensated.. used to be a solid group then the window lickers moved in to Rankin after the merger and thought they were the only PL in the company.. would Chit the bed by not following protocol then scramble to blame someone else.. #shortbuslife
