This would be all the feedback they need to see how people feel about their jobs currently. I mean even if only 20% say they will take it that is a large percentage of folks that are unhappy at work.

You can’t get “transferred to indirect.” Indirect stores aren’t owned by Verizon. The only way you end up at a divested agent location is if the agent hires you
They dont need a poll. I think the higher ups in this company know pretty well that no one in retail is happy working for them right now. They dont care. They never cared. Even when they told us our voices matter and we told them we hate wearing fu----g denim outfits like we work for jiffy lube.... they didnt care then and they never will. We're all just a number that makes them profit. Profit over employees... thats corporate America... vz IS corporate America.

Who are they going to layoff, there are no employees???
If I owned this business I would merge existing store employees to one store and close slow locations. Too many locations these days and too much un necessary overheard.
We are burned out employees who are overworked and sent to work at different locations, just so they can stay open for some tech support come on! And they wonder why health claims and people quitting are on the rise.

I think the person is suggesting Verizon actually do this poll officially in the stores not here. Great idea but the poll will never happen for obvious reasons .
