C class is very out of touch with you. They think the workforce should be a bunch of low paid bums that are at will. They will spend millions on ads bashing the union and praising the vz brand, but nada for the workforce here. Teh c class is scared to death the union is making in roads into the wireless side. The two go hand in hand and they refuse to accept that. They would rather fail the biz than negotiate. Vz could really learn a thing or two about labor from AT&T.
