Guys…the only way to avoid being picked and be « pardoned » is to behave like those fellows and make yourself shine by lowering others, never give enough info to others so they can easily replace you, claim past successes as your own, point the finger including the middle when needed and always su-k up 2 levels above. Not one level but 2. Learned this in Honeywell and it works wonder in resideo
