bad decisions don't pan out? It must be really nice to work at Basking Ridge, walking around chanting "Change energizes me" all day long and getting paid to think up gems like "The Check" and GO90. Meanwhile, back here in the real world. the people who build and maintain the network are looked down upon with disdain, can't seem to get the most basic things needed, and must find a way to keep a fiber & copper network together using duct tape and Krazy Glue! For years now, craft and lower level management of network operations have been attempting to "shovel sheet against the tide", while over at BR the braintrusts seem to have no shortage of money or manpower to waste on gems like Go90, the "Check", or employing an army of people who make up spreadsheets full of meaningless data. I suggest that somebody needs to monitor the productivity of the people monitoring my productivity! If we used resources and people to actually service the network/customer we might actually have
A) happy, satisfied customers and
B) a happy work force!
