HR is wholly beholden to management which is in turn the source of corruption and nepotism at intel.
Intel HR is the worst. Really. It's pretty sad and pitiful. They're powerless and when they do try something to change morale or trust, it's snag-a-snack. It's as if we are in kindergarten and the rest of the tech community is in college. Our company is so f---ing uncool, it's not even funny. I hope once they are unable to fudge the numbers on retention or hiring, the entire HR org gets canned and replaced by a bot on the intranet. They are that worthless.
"Strategic Silence" was the cowardly Intel management response to Intel's horrible past decisions and now the company will reap what it has sown...
Apple reacting to Intel's 10nm bloviation by silently developing their own CPU families for all lines.
O brother... is this Intel HR again in a lame attempt at damage control... Intel is in disarray and it is going to get worse before it gets better.
