RTB meeting is "Run the Business". It's a planning / outlook meeting looking ahead to end of quarter, next quarter, rest of year.
What is RTB meeting ?
Good. Be done with it already and stop being a royal a--hole from the top down. But let's hope the place goes down in flames... they deserve it.
ISG senior people leader here. there is discussion as of the RTB meeting this week that their will be another layoff at the end of the Q for the ISG team globally. I'm told it will be larger in scope than the one that occurred last week..
Can't wait for my manager to be gone. This person is basically a human spreadsheet.

It was leaked to the press that Dell is moving to a 20:1 manager span which means lots of middle managers will be removed.
