Just walked across campus. Deserted. So many PACKING BOXES stacked high in the lunch areas and office floors in ALL the buildings I passed through. Monday will be the first day of RECKONING when everyone is back from furlough. Best of luck to all.

Monday is still considered the beginning of May. Hopefully it will not be to bad. I also hope they get it all done on Monday so we know who is staying and who is going. This uncertainty is just k–ling me.
During the earnings call, JM said the company will remove $1B of costs. He said that in 2015/16. Think scale, then it was 32k people. What will that be this time. To those who think next week and the next few weeks will not be rough, are living in lala land. NB rumors range from reductions of 500 to 1500 ppl. It is and will be tough for so many of my fellow coworkers. There is not one person who is not a VP or higher that is immune. It can and will happen. San Antonio gone (Elmendorf closing and being sold) Kilgore, closed, Grand Junction, closed, Rock Springs, closed. All revenue generators all gone. The money is not there, cannot have all the corporate and admin support.
Surprisingly , you know more than the CEO.
JM said it’ll continue though the beginning of May.
If anything, the peak is around behind us .
Stop spreading BS
I heard the same from a reliable source. Best of luck to everyone.
