With everything back ordered until Christmas at this point, what is Verizon going to do for us this month? Managers still micro managing numbers and sales but are clueless to what is going on in the real world. Even having a quota is a joke. Welcome to Black Friday, you'll receive your new 13 pro max in Jan. Lol

Was on a SLED all hands call last week and the topic of adjusting quotas came up due to lack of equipment. They said there are zero plans for any relief.
No surprises there. They don't GAF.

we have to do business calls and sales force calls, we have no phones to sell and we dont even get paid for upgrades so most of us just process upgrades on customers phones or tell them to do it themselves… sorry but u use to pay us well and we got use to it and now were expected to pound out sales with less pay…..if they dont care about us than neither do i and ill do less and less

Has anyone else seen pre orders or back orders magically canceled for no reason? I've seen like 5 customers orders canceled for no reason. They are so mad now the new date is Jan. And that promo is long gone.

Everyday very little in stock. Back orders not tilll Mid December. Customers coming in and telling us their order delivery date has moved back. Mgmt not even acknowledging there is a supply problem. The job has become so depressing that the company should decrease store hours to one shift till the supply chain open up. Store Mgr ast mgrs constant micro managing while doing nothing , all this combined with the nasty condescending customers it’s a very negative work environment.

Black Friday and iPhone launches have been slightly busier than a regular day for about 3 years. Verizon leadership/decision makers are dreaming that extended hours will be necessary.

The fact is you’re expendable to them. You’re time means nothing to them. Keeping you there to tend the store for some loudmouth to complain is exactly what they’ve envisioned for you.

Ops playbook doesn't give much hope that we will have inventory by then. Asking us to work extra hours just for customers to come in and yell at us about how their phones won't ship before Xmas is a slap in the face to the front line.

We've been asking same question. We're being told to book appointments as usual for BF, but we have literally no stock to sell for a normal day, let alone the busiest shopping day of the year. Lol we're even open extended hours that day, too. Like what are we supposed to do, just tell people we don't have any inventory for 3 extra hours? C'mon! It's a joke
