I can't believe something like that is happening in freaking 2026. They don't even try to pretend they care anymore, they're just playing A RECORDED VIDEO with announcement basically saying "fu-k you all". Don't we at least deserve a stupid standard teams call with any possibility to speak up?????? #GSCPL

This is only the start .. there will be more of our roles, especially local roles that will be outsourced to genpact too .. how fcked is that. You dedicate 100% to your job and you just get reminded you’re just a number. This CEO needs to be sacked himself. This company has been in shambles since he came along. After removing everyday wins points, barely any pay increase, no promotions, and now this .. it’s all a “big fck you” to their workers.

@aa Global Service Centers There are three in Poland, Costa Rica, and the Philippines. Today, a five-minute recording was played (recorded prior to TH) at the meeting, announcing that 70% of the employees would be transferred to Genpact, where, after transferring their knowledge to India, they would be laid off after a year. Three years ago, the same scenario was present during the company's split into 3M and Solventum, where a fraction of the former 3M employees have remained to this day.
