Telling the truth in Omnissa

If you just so happen to be one of those people who have a thing called a soul working in omnissa and actually tell the truth as is commonly the case, you can expect the managers to deny you any promotion or pay rises. If you are vocal and push the truth, you will be shoved out the door without any consideration for the local laws. In other words, you need to be a sociopath with severe cognitive dissonance to work in this company.

"You need a special degree to attain this level of stupidity."

The Omnissa management team is fearful of any change to their status quo. They don't seem to care about the ongoing customer defections to Microsoft. It's hopeless...

Serious question here, what do you reckon the worth of the stock will be if and when Onmissa goes public? Over under 10 bucks? I'd say under.

Du*ba$$... doesn't the price of an individual share depend primarily on the number of shares?

Sadly, your IQ seems slightly higher than that of the average troll on this forum.

The only truth that matters right now is that we continue to lose customers and the renewals pipeline is sinking fast. Our managers know that we are in a revenue and profitability decline they can resolve. Everyone at Omnissa lives in fear of the next layoff.

I haven't found any issues telling the truth to leadership. I have found issues with some people thinking "telling the truth" means the business must take immediate action on a priority of their choosing that may not be a priority of the organization.

As long KKR keep the old VMware dinosaurs at management layer this will continue, the old school dictators must be fired before more IC leave the company.

They are doing a terrible job because it looks completely orchestrated. Bit of a waste spending 4bn but I suppose that's just chump change to Black Rock and vanguard who are the real owners. KKR are only then empty vessel they operate through. What better way to destroy a company than getting the street shitters to run it.

"It's almost as if it is being intentionally done."

There are benefits to owning a failing business - reported as capital loss. Can't say that is the case here, but the planned demise would have to be carefully orchestrated so as to not look like manipulation and evasion.

If the management had one brain cell between them, it would die of loneliness. I'd be very surprised if the orchestrators of purchasing this monstrosity in KKR are still employed. You need a special degree to attain this level of stupidity. Shame to see it going down the toilet. It's almost as if it is being intentionally done. It's customers are running out the door every day.
