Thread regarding Boeing Co. layoffs

Decades of Depгavity And Malfeasance By Boeing Management Have Lead to This

17,000 job cuts with Boeing pointing the finger at striking workers.
Rather than Boeing management, accepting responsibility
for the Billions lost through shortcuts and criminal ineptitude.

777X development and testing paused for redesign due to cracked thrust links.

Starliner, a disgraceful failure through inconceivable buffoonery. Costing billions

Stock buy backs, squandering billions, emptying Boeing coffers,
and leaving no safety net. (That’s Not Management, Its Depгavity)

737 MAX Fraud and the fiasco that followed, costing billions
and adding to the management disaster of what should have been
A clean sheet replacement two decades prior to their dіmwіtted scam

KC-46A Pegasus topping $7 billion in losses, due to sophomoric engineering.
Along with abysmal manufacturing and quality control practices.

Friends and Colleges:
The above list is just a fractional view of Boeing’s colossal management failures
in no small part, caused by bankers and accountants in their feeble attempt’s
at running an engineering firm.

Lastly, with a clear view of the approaching “Gray Wave”
and with management’s laser focus on their bonuses, they halted funding for
apprenticeship programs, needed to fuel the future work force.

In no uncertain terms, Boeing management is despіcable,
and is solely responsible for the current state of affairs.

This is a disaster long in the making.

Finally!
Has the Boeing agreement with the military to hire people leaving the military service been mentioned? Expired?

NTSB Boss Torched The FAA And Boeing Over DANGEROUS
New/Old Max Defect And How The FAA Ignored It!

The NTSB followed its urgent safety alert last week about a potential Boeing 737 rudder failure by completely RIPPING the FAA and Boeing for IGNORING the risk of Rudder Failure
and for not fully informing airlines in advance about the
system that failed.

Everyone in the system knows the truth. Lack of true leadership and the divisional pattern Boeing has used against its employees is backfiring. To build a team it takes years of forming trust. By continuously take more from the employee and expecting more from them don't add up to a positive. Companies that continue to do this will gradually fail. Perverting the lean manufacturing program in America has been nothing but a dismal failure to all but the elite.

Not solely responsible... We were doing ok until the door plug thing.... When someone (not a manager) forgot something

You're spot on. Do you believe the 787 will be largely impacted by layoffs as well? If I'm not mistaken this is the only site (South Carolina) ticketing planes at the moment.
