BS. RSUs in Controllers and everywhere else start at zero. Most of us come to this site looking for real info from people who know so please just stop the trolling.

RSU and some cash bonus is the difference. rSUs down to “good” category. Which is still higher than O 29CL.
O29 base salary will likely be higher than low ranked 30s.

The RSUs in the upper assessment groups get very lucrative. In the thousands per year.

Frankly, some of the younger one I saw promoted within EMTEC are worthless. Just repackaging vendor information and passing it off as their own. Full of themselves and arrogant.

Mostly job title change.
An extra star, some extra medals.
You know - schmuck.

This one is almost impossible to answer because you’d be comparing apples to oranges. People who cross this divide are typically mid career and have been assigned a potential to keep going higher. You can’t compare those people to older workers finishing their careers as CL29s.

Not so long ago there were late career promotions to CL30 but those people were ranking fodder in the exec list and typically made very little more than the mid ranked CL29. But late career promotions are no longer a thing.
