I recently posted a few negative comments directed at people who didn't want to return to the office, and I would like to apologize.
I got a taste of my own medicine when I did return to the office thinking it would be a great environment for collaborating in person, only to see my a55hol3 manager pontificating (again!) to the entire team present, desperate for attention, trying to control everybody, and essentially behaving like a jerk.
I must agree with the people who said this was just a ploy that had nothing to do with actual productivity, I saw it now with my own eyes.

Ever since pandemic I got a new habit of jerking off first thing before I log in… it’s kind of hard to do that in the office
I agree. I personally hate the endless small talk s at the office. Plus it’s just really hard to focus with all people walk around, talking and peaking at your screens. Plus all the time and money wasted on the commute. By the time you get home, you are exhausted physically and mentally
