If ever there was a company that the employees needed union representation this it. Period. It may be a sinking ship but those still left in the lifeboat needed to be treated fairly and with dignity.

"Without representation Randal has no accountability" Will his staff be union? Not a lucid comment. I've worked out of a DC for over 15 years. I left a union job for better pay and benefits. A union does nothing to solve the erratic and poor decision making in WDM. Unless of course you'll feel better locking arms with your brothers as the ship sinks. I'm a minion like you. We're going to be working for a different company soon. Perhaps that will be an appropriate time to unionize.
Without representation good ole Randal has no accountability and even your job of covering up his bad decisions will be up for grabs
