Boeing Directors Leave as Board Faces Scrutiny

The company's board faces a shareholder lawsuit over weak oversight of the
737 Max development and the subsequent Max Murders that left 346 dead

Last month, former KPMG CEO Lynne Doughtie replaced
Caroline Kennedy, daughter of President John F. Kennedy, on the board.
In 2020, two new directors joined, and the board created a
Safety Committee to help white wash Boeing’s criminality.
The year before that, CEO Dennis Muilenburg was ousted and replaced
by David Lying Calhoun, who had been board chairman.

Collins is a former CEO of medical-device maker Medtronic Inc.
Schwab was U.S. trade representative under President George W. Bush.
Boeing did not announce nominees to replace them.

  • Boeing Sells Yacht as Part of Cost-Cutting Campaign

Boeing Board Members will be leaving now that the party is over.
The days of prestige for these political bottom feeders who put on the airs
Of Confidence & Competence are over now that they’ve been seen for what
they are, (Narcissistic, Negligent and Grossly Incompetent)
The days of rubbing elbows with diplomats and dignitaries are over.
Boeing’s Management is now seen as a pariah of the aviation industry.
No more parties, No more swank social engagements and No more Yacht.
The rats are fleeing the ship they sank.
