At the end of the day we are all responsible for our work ethics. Don't blame management we where employed to do a job .Did we perform the best of our ability and question any abnormalities. In some cases yes and no .why ? I let u f—ers answer that .And yes ive have raised issues, did the get resolved. Hmm yes as long as ur honest.
It should be easy to find out who is to blame, look up who signed off the work that was not done.

This lays squarely on lazy union workers and their UNION compadres the QA's who buyoff jobs they didnt inspect. Corporated is f***ed up, but the union workers are really bad at their job by and large.
Oh, poor me. I'm just a poor union worker who is the victim here. Nothing is ever my fault. I know I was supposed to seal the tanks, but QA should have caught it. Its not my fault I did not do my job (and clocked time for the job I didn't do)
Poor me. Its everyone's fault but mine.
Who needs those QA guys anyways?
That is a great cost saving idea!
Its better to spend the money on stock buybacks.
