How was that for a tone-deaf company conversation? Didn’t address any submitted questions, esp. the talent drain en masse. Instead, we were treated to the latest in sloganeering and focus group slop. But forget all that. Let’s go color in our coloring books with our purple crayons.

Reading this out of curiosity, along with a hundred other comments on here, seriously leave, do it. A whole bunch of folks (myself included) left this brainwash cult years ago after our good companies were bought by Crown and now could not be happier, many of us wish we had the ba--s to have done it years before we did. What purpose and impact are you truly having working with and for a bunch of insincere, back-stabbing, money hungry, over worked, bad parent, failed home-life a$$holes? I feel bad for the many good folks who feel handcuffed to this beast and where it is leading you both in your personal lives and with your health. Look at the leaders? Are they really happy or are they pathetic slimy weasels? You are who you surround yourself with.

Hey guys,
Crown Castle is an amazing company with a remarkably talented finance team. But, don’t kid yourselves. There is zero percent chance that the company will meet its stated goal of building 10K small cells in 2023, despite some very smart and capable executives who are trying their very best. So, buckle up staff and shareholders. Their is no way to win this one. Elliot Management, you still there???

It’s an excellent change and the fact that you’re on here complaining so quickly tells me you’ll never be happy. You’ll always find something to gripe about. I thought the stories shared were genuine and the new values are more relatable than what we had before.

It seems like a lot of people on this board want to see a train wreck. They want to see people caught in difficult situations and stumble over hard questions. Not to say we shouldn’t be able to answer difficult questions, but get over yourself…

If you’re so unhappy and pessimistic in the face of something that was extraordinarily positive, you should probably seek employment at another company. my prediction is that you probably won’t be receiving many emails from colleagues telling you that you embody “People matter” or “Us together is better.”
