Just put in the effort that you get incentivized. It’s not hard.

I think you can find the answer if you reversed the question. There are a lot more people that are curious about “why people are staying” than why they are quitting.

I quit long ago. Haven’t left yet though.

We need an activist investor to shake up the Board of lemmings worshiping the cult of its Director. They’re all affraid to ruin their personal gravy train of stock issuance by daring to have independent thought, much like the entirely of MC.

@8pec are you suggesting people work harder or management needs to change?

It’s not the people can’t find jobs elsewhere, life here is easy. Do nothing and get a good paycheck. People don’t want to leave easy street top to bottom.

The self proclaimed “leaders” are running us in to the ground. Deer in headlights.

Each survey shows better results as talented and ambitious people leave. Remaining employees who couldn’t get a job elsewhere are eager to drink the koolaid and get a free lunch! MC then congratulates themselves for turning around morale! #pxdcares!

Can we get another glint survey to get to the bottom of this?

Minimal effort? You must be lucky.

People have always quit. They tend to be young, smart, and ambitious. Pioneer doesn’t provide upward mobility and only promotes people already on MC. It’s not surprising they leave and will continue to do so. Let the rest of us loaf around and collect a check with minimal effort.

Let’s dig a little deeper. Employees are quitting without a job lined up. So the prospect of being broke is better than working at Pioneer.

Because pioneer sucks?

Well, management only cares about themselves and has put employees in dead end jobs. If you don’t like it then you leave once you realize all the promises, training, mentorship and employee surveys are meaningless.

Because management does not promote employees. But they do promote themselves quite often.
