But the problem remains - limited staff due to layoffs prevent existing and newly purchased customers from acquisition from receiving quality or even sub standard service. You can buy all you want, but unless you are focused on delivering customer service, your clients are leaving, as they have with the last few platforms. ////
//// That’s it, I totally agree with whoever wrote this in the thread below. I don’t know if their calculations of how many employees to dismiss were good, because the lack of people will end up costing them more than whatever they saved by laying them off. Just my two cents.
