We need to take the shame out of being placed in NSI and PIP. I have capability and confidence, all these forced ranking mandatory PIP % sh-t can’t take my dignity away. It’s just rich powerful white men like DW and McKinsey doing zek ark to pad their pockets.

I talk openly about PIP to make this NSI thing a joke and support my colleagues in similar situation. Many people feel so anxious. I’m happy to get retrenched, even though my CL is low and package is small amount. I’ll miss all the good people I work with, old dragonboat carnivals and fun company annd ESRC activities. We were a cohesive community full of resourceful, intelligent and practical people, competitive but also cooperative. But I will never miss this sh-t company now. The minute I pass my PIP and money in my bank… sayonara!

I don’t understand why not pip those leaving under redundancy, as long as it’s not their second time in 5 years, and they pass a reasonably executed pip? It’s only practical, help people who already have one pip in last 5 years so that they get their package, save people who are staying
