What's the highest raise percent for yearly review?

5, 8, 10 percent?

Feel like I'm getting high scores but pay raise doesn't reflect that.

Go to your PBS directly and get access to the wage/salary database. Take notes. You will be in shock.

You may be a hard, loyal worker albeit naive and that does not correlate to better pay. Better pay is reserved for the talentless nieces and nephews of the ECs, VPs and RVPs and others needing favors. For them the skys the limit but remember "shhhhhhhh" wink wink

Ok people, some of you act like you live in the dark. Pay scales at WFM are not secret. They are supposed to be shared with those who ask. You can get the pay range for every job in your region, if you ask for it. If your TL does not have info, ask your ASTL, if you don't get a good answer go to your STL. There is a published pay range for EVERY job in your region. The maximum raise you can get on a JD varies from region to region. Ask what it is, or figure it out for yourself using the method in an earlier posting below.

Anyway, what the heck is wrong with a 3 to a 5 percent raise raise? That is better than yearly inflation so that means it is a real wage increase. That sounds pretty good to me considering the economy we have been living in the last 10 years. I was stoked with my 4% on my last JD. Ditto for the year before and the year before that. The only way you are going to get a big pay increase is to move into a new position or a new company. Whiners go ahead and move on and I will take your

pay or position!

In the PN, it used to be a 7% cap a few years ago. Now it's 5%.

Everyone speaks of percents. But why isn't it an AMOUNT? Under the percent system, the more you already make, the more you'll get on a raise. That doesn't make sense; if you keep the same position raises should be linear. Just sayin'.

Dont deny the facts..this has been 5%for a long time...i love when this company that used to tout itself as "transparent as asparagus water" now hides info in the emails with the disclaimer at the bottom and selective information reaching tms from stls..gotta love a failing corporatocracy...

5% non-salaried or $1 whichever is higher is the max, 3% is max for salaried TMs. - 2017 guidance

To get the maximum raise in your region, fill out a JD form with all of the team leader responses maxed out, and figure out maximum raise for yourself by plugging in a wage number at bottom and seeing what amount of a raise it gives you. It depends on form your region has decided to use which calculates maximum raise they want to allow. In my region they changed to a new JD form something like a year and a half ago and max raise dropped from around 10% to 5%. So that means in my region (FL) 5% per year is now the max for your yearly JD. And that is with a perfect score JD which is almost impossible to give or get. You get two JDs your first year so have two chances for a raise then, but we generally do not give raises on 6 month JDs anymore.

I'm a team leader. We've been told that 3-5% is the guideline for a very good team member. Anything above that would be extremely rare. We were told not to share this info with team members by our STL's, and the average raise should be 3% across the board.

Depends on what your Store Team Leader gives you. The guidelines are not overseen by anyone unless someone causes trouble. There is no consistency at all.
