Why?

inability to retain top executives speaks volumes about the leadership, a sinking ship always sees the best crew leave first.... it's shocking to see so many top executives leave under CEOs leadership. what a failure of management
One has to ask why can’t Citi keep MD’s what do they know that we don’t. Surely they’re not leaving because they don’t have any faith in CEO. Right?
No, they were referring to M Webb, Head of Functions Technology (GFT). Lofthouse sent an email Thursday about her departure.
Are you talking about the Chief Accounting Policy Officer who was reported in the media as leaving Citi effective Sept. 10 ? He was obviously a DEI hire. No Caucasian or Asian (Indian or East Asian) would ever get hired with his weak credentials for a job as Chief Accounting Officer or CFO.
Only in Citi (and other defunct companies where malfeasance, theft and violations of law were rampant: Bear Stearns, Gruntal, Ryan Beck, Wachovia, etc.) where the standards are low and they have low caliber employees can someone with No Accounting background be hired as Chief Accounting Officer, a Controller or any type of Accounting Manager. Citi's Chief Accounting Officer who turned in his resignation on Sept. 10 does Not even have a Bachelors Degree in Accounting, let alone a CPA license. His MBA was in Finance. Not good enough. It's related but it's Not Accounting. That's like hiring a Nurse for a job that requires a Medical Doctor.
It seems like every time you turn around, someone on a MD level is leaving.
What do you mean why? Pretty obvious why. The place is a $hit show.
But is it better opportunity or as I mentioned earlier they know something which we don't know
There's a million of them (shrug)
Who?

Who is leaving?
More and more are leaving. They'll be replaced with JP Morgan folks.
That too after 23 yrs
