Lots of people are bailing out of digital these days. It seems like every week there’s news of more people leaving. Anyone know what’s going on?

Everyone is being told that the new level of work required is the new normal, so of course people are leaving. People are working a lot of overtime, unpaid in many positions, and there’s no longer work life balance. It’s become a sweatshop where employees are paid less and worked to death. Most of us are looking to get out.
Does anyone know if they’re getting severance? If so, how much?
What about Callaway? That thing hasn't run in 9 months, I would think that heads need to roll there.
Under the radar layoffs, that is how Ameren does it. If you are curious and can get access see if their badge is Red, Yellow, or Green.
Green is Ok
Yellow they were laid off.
Red they were fired.
