You say we don’t have 1000s of field po-p heads but here’s what I want everyone who is reading this to think of.
Region Leader
Region admin
District leader
DCP ( basically admin)
AP REP
HRBP
Cut the admins- see how they will survive. Give the AP and HRBP a few more districts and tell them they can no longer do virtual audits. Take away their computers and tell them they have to be in CVS to do their work. If they call in sick give them enough work to put them a day behind. If someone in their “field” calls out and they can’t find a person to help open or close a store they have to go into that store to operate it. Right now if someone above a store level gets sick they next comment out of someone’s mouth is “ well I hope they feel better” if someone in the store calls out sick the next words out of our mouth is Sh-t now what are we going to do??? NOT FAIR NOT EQUAL!!!
Project Jenga because they only pull from the bottom to give to the top
We don’t have thousands of field management you goober
Actually it should be called Project Titanic. Name another company that has a bloated corporate office and hundreds if not thousands of field management all thinking of more tasks and checklist for the 2 people on the bottom of the totem pole running the store and ways to cut there hours. I laughed when I stopped at my local gas station and they had 3 employees on one shift. That’s more than most cvs have on load day.
Project Roethlisberger?!?!?!
I assume that it has something to do with the wage increases they announced today.
Which part of CVS now? Care concierges? The HUB stores get. An extra 40 hours a week while the rest of us are struggling by our selves.
