In the less than 90 days 2 of my peers have left my STS team on the west. My leader, nice , but just un experienced. Idk what to do. Budgets are unrealistic. Do I quit? Or weather this storm? Does anyone have any insight?

We had our first All Hands for STS sales. Our AVP let us know that we in fact are not being sold to CDW. And knows that our budgets are out of control , but let’s start holding operations accountable.. we’re all in this together , right? And She says she has an open door policy but how do you say this -Open your eyes - the ones that are failing Do NOT want to fail- help us. #WECANTGROWNEWSTRIPES
The only person not worried for November is PD. #Help

You will never be where you want to be, either salary or knowledge wise unless you continue to look up and be willing to change and move all the time! Do it. You deserve better. But you gotta want it and be willing to work toward it. You’re your future! Not any one company! If it doesn’t feel right only you can change it.
Why is no one talking about the absolute failure of the BDE Team? Pipeline is FLUFFED so hard. 500k in 3 months? And majority funded. SERIOUS joke.
This is so clearly BB I can hear it in your typing. You were a mediocre sales rep - not qualified to manage people- got lucky to be in the right place at the right time. . Your previous peer MS couldn’t stand you, you had zero relationship with him. But you were in bed with stassi. But will you WAKE UP- put your nonsense comments to the side- these budgets are out of control- and none of this is sustainable. Continue to grow operations and sh-t on sales.

So on today’s top news: STS Leadership- led by ZC had us in a 4 hour training. No relevance to our job. Only good thing was I didn’t have to say a word.
The SLT, VPs, and AVPs make me what to Jack off with my own ur--e. I hate you.
The heart and soul of STS is PD. If He likes you, you stay. CT is the biggest joke in STS and it’s sad that DS retired. He saw straight through CT. And GE is also the issue. But they will have a great time next week! Viva Las Vegas! While we all suffer and worry.
Does your leaders name start with a W? She is the biggest gossip in the company y shares company secrets all the time yet still got promoted to a position she is not qualified for. MR fave go figure. He is so easily fooled by a select few. But his tan lookin good. Living his best SLT life.
Here is a funny for you. I asked my leader to have my budget looked at, as there is no mathematical way I can hit it. And she told me to make more calls or find a new job. Boy is she a sweetheart. I hope she reads this but if she does she’s too much of a pu**y to say something.
Who cares. Your leaders aren’t working. I promise. You will be 9boxed and laid off. It’s easier to find a job when you have one.
And the cycle continues. Another restructure with no sales leader or sales structure. Transactional sales off the back of the reps and bringing no real value. Sounds about right. Find another job this place is a joke. How tan has MR gotten on his many scuba trips. That’s someone who knows how to play the game but brings little value.

Let’s weather the storm together. I know what you mean. I wish she had the experience to help us go deeper and wider in our accounts or if she does then join some customer calls. She talks about how busy she is, but it’s not with me. I would like to hear less about BB life and her adventures and travels and more about what we can do to hit our goals. Let’s talk anything beyond what we have been doing. Let’s get a refresh. Again nice enough, but too proud to ask for help or say I don’t know.
Coming from another STS west team member.. the comment above is definitely coming from either ZC or BB herself. These budgets are out of control. WF f’ed us all.
Just work and focus on what you bring to customers and it will all work out.
