SM is unable to answer a simple question. 3 times he was asked how many new logos were won in the quarter. His answers: A1 "Our strategy is resonatin in the industry" A2 "We are winnin in the marketplace" A3 He finally said in his openin remarks we had a new win in India. Said new logos grew from last quarter with no numbers. Maybe from 1 to 2 LOL. So many robotic buzz words. He said he was proud of results? Really. TDC needs a new CEO with experience.

Can't wait for the next earnings call to see how SM dances around these important questions. The financial analysts need to wake up and call them out if they refuse to answer with facts and numbers. Q - How many new customers did you win last quarter? SM - Our customers love our fabulous strategy and Gartner ranked us so high and we are one of the most ethical companies in the world. Huh?

Getting harder and harder to stop the
competition, which is stronger than it’s ever been. We get squeezed from every angle there days.
Take away the top 10-20 revenue generators and the business is hit significantly. A couple of those big customers have already gone with the Russian closure and you can see the impact of that exit in the earnings report.
Who and what’s next ?
TDC leadership avoids two numbers no matter how many times they are asked. Total number of customers, and new customer wins. TDC had ~1200 customers in 2015, now they have less than 800 customers. This should alarm all investors. We reported the number of new customer wins a few years ago and had a goal to win 100 annually. Now we will not give a number, even internally since they are winning less than 10 a year. Kind of funny since we call ourselves and analytics company and pretend like we don't know how many customers we have. I can't believe these astute financial analysts let SM get away with the evasiveness. Probably why the stock is tanking...
So we do need new logos then ???
If customers are leaving then surely they need to be replaced and that is clearly not happening.
What is the total customer count today compared to last year and the year before ? Anyone know ?

We don’t need new logos, if we can keep the existing ones. They can last a lifetime. Unfortunately, they are moving on to other shiny new technologies (SF, *bricks, bigquery)…

Finally someone asks about new logos on these analyst calls, it would be good to ask TD leadership for a simple chart on new logos over the past 5-7 years. Meaning brand new logos, first time TD customers. Would be extremely telling........
It is truly impressive how TD PR can artistically apply lipstick to a pig.
First-time public company CEO, CRO, CPO, Head of Engineering, CSO, CMO, CCO, CHRO? Any wonder we are where we are? It was a very poor SM and CB earnings call performance, full of fumbles, they lacked coherency, avoided new logo questions, and investors saw through the rhetoric based on the market reaction.
Well that should offset some of the $55M then and such a weight off my mind.
Only $54.5M left to recover somehow - can anyone find another couple of (hundred) new logos somewhere else ?
We had 3 new logos in our geo. Yet to be publicly announced due to waiting for customer approval to say their name
