I would recommend anyone who not only purchased this c-appy stock but also invested in it in their 401k go to the below link and file a claim if they can. You have nothing to lose and all to gain.
I believe this law firm also has a labor law practice. I would also reach out if you were harassed or intimidated by current or former leadership (CTO for example) and let them know the company allowed this to happen for a long, long time and allowed them to ruin careers and treat people poorly. I would also report any age or gender related discrimination which was/is rampant and continues here..
