This is truly the worst I’ve ever seen it. People are either checked out, depressed or they no longer care. What was once a great company has gone downhill and people are showing it with their disinterest, lack of trust and morale. It’s such a sad thing to see and makes me wonder if we’ll be able to rebound from this.

sure would be interesting to be a fly on the wall in one of these HR meetings with Paul
Couldn't agree more with these posts. Just looked (cause I'm nosey) and see 453 open positions.
All the Directors, VPs, and SVPs bonuses are definitely going to rebound. That's all they care about is taking care of themselves. The rest.... the loyal peons.... will get their pittance in December, if they don't leave for a competitor that actually pays a national wage. All these years RJ has paid below market because they know there are no other games in town, but the Chickens are Coming Home to Roost! They keep replacing people who leave with folks who know nothing, and are much less skilled and competent. It's a sinking ship and the folks who could change it have their heads in the sand.
I was one of the lucky 550 let go nearly a year ago. My old position showed up on the career site about 3 months ago and has not gone away. I recently spoke to someone still at RJ that knows my old team. There is total apathy and disillusion. He asked me if approached would I consider coming back. The answer was a firm no. I'm doing fine without RJ.
could that be why there are now 438 open positions. People leaving and RJ unable to fill the open positions. Paul, Vin and Bella deserve all the credit for this.
