You want to know why? Because of the way it treats its employees. Companies that make sure to treat their employees right, to show them that they make a difference will have employees who'll try as hard as they can to actually make a difference. Those companies that treat their workers like c-ap, as nothing but a cost that need to be cut will get minimum effort from those same employees in return. Guess which group Cox is in?

f*** cox automotive they are a joke, only a matter of time before all the big automotive companies have their own tech, and competing products, like car max finishing acquiring edmonds... everyone at cox surprised and hurt their biggest dealer client is now a direct competitor to auto trader and kbb. well wake up. dealers and other companies hate dealing with cox, their lazy employees and lack of innovation. no one needs cox automotive.
Cox is not a good company at all. They treat people "great".... until they don't. They do however, do a great job of convincing people they care about them, they have a way of convincing people they're care about their employees. Dont be fooled youre just a number, and when your time is up its up. And its highly dependent on who's team youre on, and if your boss likes you or not. Every single year many people are laid off. It's coming soon. But don't worry, like I said, they treat you great, until they don't.

Cox has treated their staff well, they do a great job when you think of the size and scope of the operation.
Keyboard warriors that feel the world owes them something are the problem.
YOUR WRONG. pay increases, bouns and extra money for working from home.
Cox is an overall good company. They are starting to lean too much politically correct with the free gender reassignment option in your healthcare (when regular preventive coverage is lacking). Cox auto will continue to do well despite some poor staffing choices as of late. I loved my time there and wish it would have been able to continue. I do see some people come back after a few years away. Never burn bridges.
