For those on the annual bonus plan, the bonuses were paid on April 15 and 30, and now the resignations are starting to roll in. Will be interesting to see how many people leave over the next month or few.

As the attrition continues VMware focuses on hiring based on identity and not on quickly hiring talent. It is so bad that we have to do remedial training on our technology for the new hires.
I'd pay money to see a video of RR jumping around a stage yelling "consumption, consumption, consumption" like Steve Ballmer.
The only remaining corporate value is "No F's Given".
If #VMware HR has any dignity left to pursue Epic values, then management will be the first one to go. But there is difference in preaching and practicing.
Even before the bonus was paid people were leaving left right and center.
