“Though I’m tired, I’m inspired.”
I saw UP released another propaganda video. Embarrassing.

I think I understand what the OP is trying to say. I dont like the hypocrisy of UP management. I am held to a very high standard, I am yelled at & blamed when something is decades old, wearing out and I report it. If I didnt report it (bcuz I wanted to avoid being yelled at) and it failed then I will be blamed for not doing my job. I have 20yrs in, I choose to try and not let the TERRIBLE mismanagement of UP bother me. Its not easy. I am grateful to all who quit UP, that is the best method to improve things at UP.
@1cdv, Actually I can say it’s wrong. It’s called free speech. #CourageToCare don’t forget to hold the handrails during a global pandemic.
If you like your job, that’s fine. Everybody’s experience is different. You can’t say it’s wrong to be well adjusted because you don’t like the organization you work for. I don’t like the direction company has taken with PSR, but I do like my job as a locomotive engineer. I rarely see my manager, generally work with conductors I like, and make decent money for what I do. Could things be better? Sure they could, but I am not going to think about it constantly or dwell on what ifs. If I find a better opportunity I will take it, but for my sake, I try to be upbeat and happy as life’s too short to go around upset all the time.
