After the 2016 re-org, the dutch suddenly got the opportunity to fill all the US jobs with their "talent" (the US as a unit was separate before that). The dutch "talent" that came over are all major sycophants, and cannot deliver jack sh!t, but kiss really good #ss. The results speak for themselves!
Yes, management is toxic. The clique-type favoritism is bringing about the company's own demise though
