Thread regarding Northwestern Mutual layoffs

Survey Results hidden

Our department was informed that leaders will not be able to view the data or comments from the employee survey. Donald talks about transparency empowering the teams with data, until they do not like what they are seeing. Not sure why they survey when the feedback isn’t taken. His HR and yes people are the laughing stock of NM. It’s not going to look good for RTC or overall moral of the employees, we get it just don’t ask any questions about it, oh wait they did that.

Our team decided not to fill it out in a small protest, I’m told by our VP we will show up on the delinquent report. Which will be a strike or demerit in the employee file.

Your department doesn’t have enough people for the results to show at your leader level because they want it to be an anonymous survey. This is to protect you. Your comments are recorded and will be shared with leadership just not in a way that puts your anonymity at risk. I see that as a good thing not something to whine about.

We need another chief of staff or office of operations to assist with the budget issues. Insert sarcasm.

This post was clearly written by one of the entitled tech folks who are being crybabies about having to come back now even though the rest of the company "returned to campus" over a year ago and morale is doing just fine. Your energy is probably better spent working on your resume and looking for a job elsewhere. That'll help us with the budget issues too.

They are also reducing it to a trimester versus a quarterly schedule.
