Becton Dickinson is so worried about saving money by laying off hard working employees that they are not even considering long term consequences for the company. Just look at the IT. Outsourcing IT was one of the worst things they could have done. It has put so much more work and unnecessary complexity on the rest of us that everything we do last longer and is in turn costs the company. But who cares, right, since it will not reflect badly on them, but us. They need to realize that simplifying things instead of making them unnecessarily complicated is what is in the company's best interest.

President Trump is too busy fending off the Russian conspiracy allegations to deal with H1B and outsourcing. People do not understand that this is the biggest frustration of American workers. More so than even illegal immigration. Curry-smelling, rude and unprofessional "engineers" with fake resumes have been taking over high-paying jobs from qualified Americans for over two decades. It's really time that Trump does something concrete about this.

HCL is the worst company in the world. A really IT dud. Cap is a bit better, but their India resources are just horrible.
