I work in Production Services and Is anyone else surprised that we haven't been "transformed" yet? I'm amazed with as many VPs as we have had over us that one of them did not take a closer look at our group. Kevin Decker is not close enough to his managers to have a clue what's going on in his group. Here's me and my girlfriends breakdown as we head into the next round of layoffs due to depressed prices.
Jacque - wasn't she sent here after she failed in another group? That's a good track record so not much more needs to be said there!
John - everyone in PS cannot figure out why he's still here. Not. Needed.
Matt - sneering or smiling? Mr. Beady Eyes is in a constant competition with his frat brother Mike in an attempt to see who can suck up more to Kevin. It's fun to watch.
Mike - possibly the most clueless manager in CHK. This team is full of nappers, netflixers, and do-nothing's. Golden rule is that a warm body is better than an empty office, regardless of value!
Von - only reason he is a manager is because he successfully sucked up to Kevin more than anyone else. What does he have, three employees? Laughable!
I won't even bother with Matt Gambill (another one who was dumped in this team but stayed a Manager) and LaCosta, who might actually be busy with SAP.
The Core Value of this group seems to be Keep Employees here, even if they are worthless, because we may not be able to Rehire! Because other teams I have been on would not allow so much lack of oversight. Either way this ship is sinking and I am interviewing and getting out of here!! Layoffs now inevitable here!
