Were they laying off MCS consultants (e.g., AX or D360) or just sales/support staff?

As reported, all levels affected at MCS - not sure about the rest of Microsoft Customer & Partner Solutions (MCAPS)
WARN is a Washington state requirement and does not apply to employees in other states. WARN requires a 60 day notice, or payment, to WA employees in companies of 100+.
Did they get a warn notice from Microsoft ahead of time? Is that not the way layoffs work here?
