G.E. in Salem Va just laid off 42 production workers The company is now asking people to work 10 hours a day 7 days a week Where did all of this work suddenly come from There has been no positive news coming from the company So someone please explain this too me My motto believe nothing the company says Poor management

Think he meant General Electric...those hours lol. At Giant Eagle it's more like 4 hours a day 4 days a week =)
G.E. could stand for Giant Eagle or General Electric, Giant Foods might be G.F. If production workers at G.E. were let go it could be General Electric that they're talking about.
