it seems to just be research roles, sales, etc. i heard a few coordinators were getting the boot.
It appears the entirety of Operational Excellence got the boot.
Design, accessibility, and user research took a big hit. The teams that put customers first.
I can confirm the Mac Team lost a few people. Undetermined amt. They told us they dont have much info to anything else

I’m a contractor on the digital side and a slew of us just got the axe today. We were told by our recruiting companies. Our managers had no idea until we told them we got the call.
In a company wide meeting at Accordant, many high level directors were informed today about being let go CVS Corp side
Digital Retail has heard layoffs will likely roll-out on 8/14 and 8/15.
With severance compliance, most companies ask people to work 2 weeks to wrap things up. That means the last day would be 9/1, which aligns well with corporate's return to office starting 9/5. Next Mon/Tues also is exactly 2 weeks from when the layoffs were officially announced.

Any updates? Seems like after 2 weeks we are still waiting for the bulk of 'layoffs' to be announced.
The 8/16 Email is related to o365 migration for email accounts - just a poorly timed change unrelated to the layoff.

You're reading too much into it. CVS will keep you on until October in order to re train. Otherwise you won't get severance
Some of my coworkers received the email this morning and some of us did not. Maybe we are reading too much into it. 😩
I don’t have any emails regarding outlook storage access ending on 8/16. Last email I have was from 5/15 regarding a change in access to PST files.
When and what time did u receive email on losing outlook storage . Would like to check my email as well
Do you mean an email regarding access to Outlook personal storage files? I got it too.

Not much traction of layoffs from the Digital side of corporate on Friday. Alot of tension and anxiety as we await to see if our number is called.
Aetna marketing had 3 layoffs announced yesterday.

New hires are the most likely group to be let go in such events.
