The sad truth is some of y’all think this corporate machine actually cares about you. You are just a number and potential liability. The less of you there are the less liabilities the company carries. So, get up, go to work, earn your paycheck after hours F this place and focus on yourself and your family.

@OP #GetYourVaccine and #WearYourMask then you won’t have to #WorryAboutIt.

I personally like WFH BTW. No point driving to campus just to send emails and sit on pointless, meandering video calls. I’d even take a pay cut to WFH permanently.

'Nobody Gets Hurt' is a 30's mobster movie line, btw.
As in a bank robbery:
'Nobody gets smart and makes a sudden move - and nobody gets hurt.'

So - it really does not have to be changed.

New catchphrase as well from corporate:

Protect yourself from COVID tomorrow not today.

@1bsx+1cvDCvgp You’re correct! It is better if we “leave” COVID. OP mentioned nothing about WFH. Your grammar and reading comprehension skills are atrocious. Go back to yammering you corporate drone.

It is better if we learn to leave with Covid. Lazy workers are abusing the “fear” to justify working from home. Let us be truthful to ourselves, are you really working? I spent most of my time on Netflix and Robinhood!

Do you know that "no body gets hurt" mantra being touted a decade ago was nothing but a big farce at that time as well. The only reason our brainwashed puppies kept repeating it because this was the only thing that stupid managers and executive could say to get their next promotions. It was all that our leaders could envision.

At ExxonMobil, grounds and culture was getting set-up for big failures during golden O&G days about 15 years ago due to highly incompetent management and brainwashed employees.

DJT said to get vaxxed in Alabama last week so I went to CVS and got my first shot. It’s not that bad y’all.

I got the vax and have been going to work as have many other dedicated and responsible employees. If you think you are high risk, work out to lose weight, you’ll be in better overall health. How much did you exercise last year when you weren’t working? Our future depends on people driving to work, flying on planes for business and vacation, and cruises. Do your part.

If you are worried about it get the vaccine and wear a mask and return to work or find another job and go to the office at your new job.

Burn our gas if you show up, reduction in workforce if you die….it’s win win.

Completely agree. With the high spread of COVID right now there is no way employees are not being exposed by being on campus right now without any safeguards. I know several vaccinated people who have gotten it and 2 have died due to also being high risk.

So true. No other explanation for a “safety oriented” company to openly defy CDC guidance. Meanwhile, there are multiple cases of symptomatic covid amongst fully vaccinated employees on my floor
