These leaders in Omaha should be ashamed.

They can’t do much of anything on here except get mad. On social media any criticism or just sharing of actual facts on any of UP’s pages is quickly deleted. Only sunshine, rainbows, and lies are allowed.
Even if there are paid personnel that monitors social media for bad press, what can they do about it? Most of the people that are slamming the UP for what they're doing are the people that were already let go. People have a right to say what they want. There's always going to be people who are going to defend that company, mostly because they don't know any better. So again, what can they do about it? All they can do is run to their managers and tell them that someone else wrote something on social media and it'll go nowhere.
Some of them are kiss a– employees but a lot are executives and people paid to monitor social media feeds for bad press. They try to act like they’re just one of the boys and throw in some token criticism of PSR and then just take up for the company 100% in a passive aggressive manner and act like there is nowhere better than UP that exists and you should be thankful. Obvious fake posts because as dumb–some UP employees are, they aren’t going to come off the UP layoff website constantly to take up for the company on their off time. There are too many of these dorks. No these are paid trolls from the company:
Why is there always kiss a– employees sticking up for the company get a life id–ts the company is corrupt sending trains out to the yards with no inspections
Right. I got written up for not making enough fake repairs to boost our numbers. I wasn't being a "Team Player" and not "Following Instructions". I didn't want to be part of the corruption so I resigned. One of many reasons I left.
UP has been cooking the books and playing with the metrics well before PSR. Every single thing in operations is fudged to make delivery times and performance look better than it is. Imagine if your Amazon delivery driver drove by your house and counted the package as delivered. UP has for years d–g trains out of the yard to make it look like the train left on time and then shoved them back in the yard or put them in a siding. UP has for years done inaccurate reporting on cars that were delivered or not delivered to industry. All of these things were done with the approval of local superintendents and others higher up turned a blind eye. So there is plenty of corruption at UP and we can keep going because every person on here knows several several things.
You should research Enron before you make statements like this. UP has done badly by its employees with the PSR cuts, but absolutely nothing like Enron did to its employees. It’s easy to be emotional and make statements like this, but it’s not correct.
UP is worse than Enron.
You’re just now finding that out? Lol.
