Sometimes I wonder why Dell is so stupid. 5 days in the office, because they are followers, not leaders. (Following Amazon) Can’t wait to see what they have in store for us remote workers . I was hired remote, my state has no office. Leadership is so disconnected.

It's a dictatorship.. One day notice to change your life and return back to the office. The re--rd president doesn't give a sh-t. Hopefully he gets laid off as the company is not hitting it's numbers mainly due to low morale. Why would anyone go the extra mile for a company that doesn't give a sh-t about it's people. #dellsucks #firebill #billdouchebag
I wouldn’t move for Dell. Run by a bunch of mo--ns.
what will happen to phase 2 countries? we are still fully remote
@wsp+1uHEn7IS They are going to tell you that you have to relocate by Q1 and if you don’t THEN you’re fired. Which… I don’t think it NEEDS to be said, but absolutely do NOT move for this company. The layoff rate alone…
Wait so it starts Monday the five days a week?
The email is posted on the GlobalSalesCommunity sharepoint page. I wonder if other orgs will be announcing similar plans...
"We know many of you have organized your lives around three days in the office and you may need some time to make new arrangements."
Which is why...: "starting Monday, September 30" Glad they gave us 4 days to make new arrangements. Lolz!
Was the email sent to sales or what ?
Can it be posted in here
Remote work option will be removed and everyone will be expected in an office. People that are too far from an office will be let go
What if you're a sales rep who works in one of the countless cities that no longer have a field/sales office?
Yeah, this email is a rug pull. They can lay me off in the next round after face fu--ing my territory to hand my painstakingly developed accounts to DTS and leaving me with the dregs.
"more communications pertaining to remote workers will be sent in coming weeks" ... what does that even mean? Just tell us if we have a job or not
